This LED power supply features copper winding, ensuring a reliable and efficient performance.
This module is designed for a 400W step-up constant current application. It is a non-isolated boost module (B00ST) that accepts input voltages ranging from DC8.5V to 50V. The input current should not exceed 15A (MAX); if it does, additional heat dissipation is recommended. The quiescent current is 10A (12V to 20V), and it increases with higher output voltages, resulting in greater efficiency. The output voltage is adjustable from 10V to 60V. The constant current range is from 0.2A to 12A. The module can operate in temperatures ranging from -40∞ to +85 degrees, but if the ambient temperature is too high, enhanced heat dissipation is advised.To set the desired output voltage for your battery or LED, adjust the 'CV-ADJ' potentiometer accordingly. For instance, adjust the voltage to 37V for 10 strings of LEDs by turning the potentiometer anti-clockwise to increase the voltage and clockwise to decrease it.Turn the 'CC-ADJ' potentiometer counterclockwise approximately 30 times, lower the output current, connect the LED, and adjust the RV2 potentiometer to the desired current. When charging a battery, after discharging it, connect it to the output, and adjust RV2 to the required current. It is important to adjust the current correctly using a discharged battery during charging, as the charging current decreases with the battery's power level.Avoid using a short circuit to modify the current flow; instead, adjust the current clockwise to increase it.
