We appreciate your support.Caution --After consuming alcohol, it is advised to wait about 20 minutes, as this is the time it takes for alcohol to enter the bloodstream from the digestive system, and any leftover alcohol in the mouth will take this long to clear. --For precise results, avoid retesting within 3 minutes of the previous test. --Refrain from smoking or eating for 20 minutes before testing. --Do not use any chemicals to clean the tester directly. --Avoid blowing liquids into the breath pipe.Avoid using any stimulating substances around the tester, including paint, insecticides, and alcohol. Do not position the tester in an enclosed space with polluted air. Altering or interfering with the internal parts of the unit could lead to a failure.This device is intended to assist in encouraging safe driving practices. It is not meant to be relied upon for the operation of vehicles, machinery, or equipment. The device does not provide any information regarding blood alcohol levels or similar intoxication metrics established by governmental, medical, or other organizations.To install the battery, first, slide the lid of the battery compartment open from the rear of the device. Next, place two "AAA" (UM-4) alkaline batteries in the correct orientation as shown. Finally, close the battery compartment lid.Instructions for operating the breathalyzer: First, press and hold the power button for one second until the device beeps and the display lights up. Then, you'll see the 'warm up' icon, and a countdown from 10 to 0 will begin, indicating that the device is preparing for use.Please be aware that when you first remove the alcohol tester from its packaging, or if it hasn't been used for an extended period, it may have a significant amount of gas and impurities on its surface. In such cases, the sensor requires additional time to clean and warm up. If necessary, you should press the power button again and attempt to use it multiple times.1. The "Blow" indicator appears when the warm-up is successful, and the countdown from 10 to 00 begins, signaling that the tester is in testing mode. 2. Exhale into the breath analyzer for 3-5 seconds with a steady force after taking a deep breath. 3. Check the test results on the LCD of the alcohol tester. 4. The "Caution" indicator shows up if the alcohol concentration is between 0.02% BAC (or 0.2g/L) and 0.05% BAC (or 0.5g/L).5. The 'Danger' indicator will activate with a beeping sound if the alcohol level reaches or exceeds 0.05% BAC (or 0.5g/L). 6. If there is no breath blown into the inhaler during the test mode, the LCD will show a value of '0.00 %BAC & 0.0g/L'. Note: For more precise results, the manufacturer suggests performing the test 2 or 3 times.Change the mouthpiece. 1. Rotate it in the opposite direction once to loosen it. 2. Place the new mouthpiece correctly and turn it clockwise to secure it. Backlight: The LCD backlight will illuminate when the tester is powered on and will remain on until it automatically shuts off. Battery replacement: If the LCD is flickering, it means the batteries are low; please replace them with two "AAA" alkaline batteries.1.
